Hector Botero’s workday can easily begin in Rio de Janeiro or Manila or Shanghai, for that matter. Hector Botero is always on the lookout for new information to develop his business. “Every day, something new gets added to my personal development pipeline,” he says. “It never fails to amaze me when something I 'saw' on a particular day comes into play a month or a year later. I always tell myself to 'pay attention' and things happen - opportunities are all around us. If we go through life without paying attention we can easily miss half of it.”
